Acacia brings together coffees from smallholder producers across Guji and Yirgacheffe, two of southern Ethiopia's most celebrated coffee-growing regions. Selected for its bright citrus character, berry-like sweetness and delicate floral qualities, this washed coffee offers a classic expression of the region's distinctive flavor profile.

Coffee production in Ethiopia is largely shaped by smallholder farmers, many of whom cultivate coffee on modest plots of land. Ripe cherries are selectively harvested and delivered to community washing stations, where they are depulped, fermented, washed and dried on raised beds.

Named for Ethiopia's iconic acacia tree, this coffee celebrates the region's rich coffee-growing traditions. Rather than representing a single farm or harvest, Acacia brings together coffees selected for their recognizable regional character, offering a sweet, vibrant and balanced expression of Ethiopian coffee.
