Decaf Tolima is a clean, balanced Colombian coffee built for consistency and everyday drinkability. This lot is composed of coffees from smallholder producers across Tolima, where family-run farms at mid to high elevations produce some of Colombia’s most reliable washed profiles. Careful lot selection and preparation ensure a stable cup quality throughout the year.

The coffee is fully washed before decaffeination. Cherries are selectively harvested, pulped, mechanically demucilaged, and washed, then dried to a stable moisture level. After milling, the green coffee undergoes EA Sugarcane decaffeination.

This process uses naturally derived ethyl acetate from fermented sugarcane to remove caffeine. The coffee is gently steamed to open its structure, then washed with EA to extract caffeine before being dried back to its original state. This method preserves the integrity of the coffee, maintaining structure and clarity in the cup.
