Hambela is a beautifully soft and sweet offering from Guji. Notes of strawberry dominate the cup, and Hambela is delicate and creamy reminiscent of yogurt or lemon curd. Notes of blackberry and grapefruit are balanced by milk chocolate. Hambela is a wonderful summertime coffee that performs exceedingly well as a single origin espresso. 

Hambela comes from the Deri Kidame washing station in the kebele, or town, of Deri Kidame. The coffee is grown by numerous smallholder farmers who contribute cherries to the washing station. Coffee farms in this area range from 2,000-2,100 meters above sea level. This coffee underwent Natural processing at the Deri Kidame washing station.
